Maintain Compliance

Regulatory compliance shouldn't begin when an inspector walks onto the property.

Bullseye takes a proactive approach to UST compliance by helping facilities maintain required inspection records, identify potential deficiencies, and keep compliance-related items visible throughout the year.

Consistent oversight makes it easier to address developing conditions, follow corrective actions, and maintain organized records for regulatory review—helping reduce the risk of overlooked deficiencies, incomplete documentation, and avoidable violations.

Monthly Inspection

Our monthly inspection program provides consistent oversight of accessible UST and fuel-dispensing system components, helping facility owners identify developing conditions and maintain an ongoing record of equipment condition.

Depending on the facility and installed equipment, inspections may include:

• Dispenser and under-dispenser containment areas
• Tank and transition sumps
• Spill containment equipment
• Release detection and monitoring equipment
• Visible piping, fittings, sensors, and associated components
• General dispenser and fueling-area conditions
• Conditions that may indicate leakage, equipment deterioration, or the need for further service

Following each inspection, customers receive a detailed report with photographic documentation of applicable equipment and observed conditions, providing a clear, organized record of the facility at the time of inspection.

Class A/B Operator

Bullseye can provide Class A/B Operator services for facilities that want experienced, ongoing support with their UST compliance responsibilities.

As your designated Class A/B Operator, Bullseye serves as a knowledgeable point of contact focused on the operation, condition, documentation, and regulatory readiness of your UST system.

Our role includes helping monitor required inspections and records, identifying compliance-related deficiencies, tracking items that may require corrective action, and helping ensure important UST requirements don't get overlooked between regulatory inspections.

Combined with our monthly inspection program, this service provides owners and operators with consistent oversight of their facility and a clearer picture of issues that may need attention.

The goal is simple: fewer surprises when an inspector arrives and better visibility into the condition and compliance of your facility throughout the year.
